I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing several times now and they always have the best customer service. This time, they made a hole in the basement for a pump to take water out of the basement of my house. I think they are a bit expensive, but it's worth it because they hire perfectly lovely people. I really appreciate how quickly they get back to me when I call. They always are reliable in showing up when they say they will. They are so considerate, kind, and respectful of my home. I am very pleased with their service! Specifically, James, Vinny, and Jeff are fantastic! I have had bad experiences in the past with rude plumbers, but having a nice crew really makes all the difference.
