difficult issue resolved 6/18/2010

Richard D - We had a difficult issue to resolve, but David, Jason, Billy and Clint worked 3 days. All is well now. All were very nice to work with. Clint identified and corrected the final defect to get the system going. He also reviewed the entire system to be sure nothing was overlooked. Connie is also deserving of appreciation and praise. She is a great asset and Ambassador.? more
