After recently experiencing a plumbing leak that occurred over the weekend, I initially contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing since I have seen them advertised so much. I called and got very quick and friendly customer service as well as fast availability for an appointment to repair the leak. Mr. Daniel S. was the service technician that was sent from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Daniel arrived early, was very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very efficient. He was able to quickly diagnosis the problem and was very thorough in fixing the leak. All of the work done was guaranteed and warranted. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing charges by the job and not the hour. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing also offers a “Ben’s Society Membership”, which 15% discounts on service and repairs, and priority scheduling. I signed up for this membership. I also had a great experience with Mr. B. Curry, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s Operations Manager, whom went above and beyond to ease my mind due to the plumbing problem that I was having. I also had a wonderful experience with Ms. Jan B., Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s customer service representative. Mr. Curry, Mr. Daniel S, and Ms. Jan B. displayed an amazing amount of integrity and professionalism. Many people have memberships or annual agreements with HVAC companies, landscaping companies, etc. for regular maintenance but having a membership/annual agreement for one’s plumbing is just as important. For the Middle Tennessee Area, there is no other plumbing company that I would recommend so highly for not only annual maintenance, but also for emergencies or standard problems than Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. A new experience from a new plumbing company was needed. I have had multiple experiences with other plumbers but not a positive enough of an experience to go back to any. That has changed with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. If there is any gold standard in plumbing, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing IS that standard!!!! 10/10 !!!
