Main Water Line replacement 8/27/2018

They responded within the hour after I called for a broken main water line. The old line was galvanized steel and copper. I elected to have the line replaced. They installed the new line and repaired my yard on the same day. Excellent response. more

Insanely expensive 8/19/2018

Get the plumber who has to call the office 3x to figure out how to connect pex to the main h20 line. $300 for a hook up that could have been fixed with a $10 connector. $89 to show up and $210 for a simple job.. We manage 50 rentals for 22 years and know what things should and do cost.. Just tried them to see how they did... They do come fast.... who wouldn't at those prices... NEVER AGAIN... ZERO follow up despite my expressed concerns. more

Check downstairs toilet for banging after being flushed. 7/23/2018

Matt the technician listened to what I said and fortunately, when the appliance was flushed, the noise was present and he knew what the problem might be and corrected the problem. Very positive experience with this company from the scheduler to the technician to the work done. Would recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing without hesitation. more

Fantastic service 6/7/2018

Jeff was such a thorough professional guy that checked all our issues we were having and went above and beyond to repair for us. He let us know exactly what the problems were and a cost of having it repaired. He represented his company to the highest and explained in depth his knowledge of how to repair all our problems. Change out existing old plumbing fixtures 3/12/2018

Great service and very professional ! We had called three plumbing companies and this one was the only one that answered their phone. All others wanted us to leave a message. The two tech's were excellent and knew their trade: (Aaron & John) they called prior to coming and were there when they said they would. Would recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing Company to anyone. more

Excellent Service 2/27/2018

Called BFP Monday morning about a busted pipe and they showed up Monday afternoon!! Brian the tech showed up and went right to work. There was an issue with water in the line so the solder won’t work. But did he let that stop him? No way! He came up with a work around by adding a winterization technique to block the water from the outside faucet. So not only did he fix the pipe, he made the pipe less susceptible to freezing again! And all for the original quoted price! I would definitely recommend BFP more

Brian was exceptional as is all the Ben Franklin plumbers. He came in and immediately diagnosed the problem with my sink. He carefully removed the obstacles under the sink and did the best he could to prevent water leakage. When it did occur he spent additional time to dry it all out after he repaired the problem. more

Fast Service 1/25/2018

Fast thorough service. We had a leak that we thought was in one place and turned out to be somewhere completely different. Daniel was thorough and meticulous (making sure there weren't any secondary or surprise leaks). They may be slightly more expensive than average, but joining the club helps mitigate that PLUS they were the only company able to come out on the day they did. more
