I was very impressed with all the employees I had the opportunity to meet. Beginning with my phone call to your business, Billy who came to see what our needs were, Jason who removed and installed the water heaters, David came later to replace faucets. ALL PROFESSIONALS!! more

I thought the price was a little high but they did the job well, on time, and within the cost estimate that they gave me. I would definitely recommend them for the quality of work done. more

Trustworthy 3/23/2011

I have used Ben Franklin about 3 different times- I've been pleased everytime with service and response but more importantly tha all- I trust them- I view all contractor type people with skeptisim. I was very impressed with all the employees I had the opportunity to meet. Ben Franklin installed my tankless water heater in August 2009. My only regret was that I did not do it sooner. I love it! more

Great customer service detail 10/13/2010

Brad noted that we should have Piedmont Gas upgrade our gas meter to make sure we had the capacity to operate an tankless unit and our other gas appliances. When we contacted Piedmont, they were surprised that we had hired a company with the foresight to identify this potential issue. The technician at Piedmont said they usually get called afterwards when there is a problem. That is great customer service and attention to detail....Thank you Brad! more

We would like to write a thank you for the quality                 of our experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing.                 We looked at several Nashville plumbers to                  replace our leaky 75 gallon water heater with                 an Noritz tnakless. This was a mjor purchase                 for our home and a product we were not familiiar                 with. We selected Ben Franklin becasue of the                 knowledge and time that Brad Curry took to                 explain the features , understand our needs, and                 to determine the best placement in our home more
