Joe came out here to service my water heater and he explained about the membership and about your company and so on. He did a fantastic job especially when the end of the rod was so corroded, he had a horrible time getting it out, but he did a really really really good job. Every thing was great and I just want you to know that I'm happy with Joe's service and if i have need of anything again I would want him to come out. more

I worked exclusively with Chris Montgomery on this project and I can't say enough great things about him and the job he did for me. I have since given his name (and that of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing) to two other people. Chris was responsive, professional, presented himself well, thorough, efficient, and did a wonderful job of explaining things to me in terms I could understand. I would say he is an asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and that I would use them again solely based on my experience with him. more

Merrit and Zach with Benjamin Franklin have been fantastic. Their pricing is on the high end for plumbing, but you get what you pay for in quality, cleanliness, professionalism, and warranty. more

I contracted with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because they were the most prompt in contacting me to come to my home to check out the work to be done. They sent one of their tech's right away. His name is Brad Curry. I found him to be very friendly, courteous, and most importantly, very professional. I felt comfortable with him performing my work soon after our meeting... He performed the needed work in a very prompt professional manner. The work was done in a surprisingly short period of time and all the repairs and additions work and look good. Brad from Ben Franklin plumbing came out, right on time. He was professional, competent, efficient, and went above and beyond to help me fix a couple of things in my 1930 renovation. I would call on him again in a heartbeat, and plan to. He took great care to be neat, he explained and showed me the ""whys and why nots"" of each repair, and came prepared to complete the work on the spot. You can have complete confidence in this company. more
