Very Good 2/1/2010

I rated timeliness average due to the plumber being 25 minutes late. Not his fault, job was not assigned to him until late in the afternoon. Outstanding work, would definately recommend. RESPONSE FROM Benjamin Franklin Plumbing: Thanks for the great review. I would like to apologize for being late. I hope that our Punctual Plumber Promise of $5 per minute, in your case $125 was adequate compensation for your time. Thanks again. more
