Robert arrived on time and called prior to arriving. He was very attentive to discovering what the problem was and describing it in detail to me in words I could understand. He also showed me how and where to shut off the water to our house. more

Over priced 12/4/2016

Ad on Craigslist stated"will connect with plumbers that can help with DIY project for a reasonable price. I was quoted a $59. Price. When technician arrived at my place he tried to sell a package of protection for additional $99. Then quoted $139. For my repair, when another problem cartridge was also leaking I was charged another $139. Over $200. For anow hour of work, way over charged and blind-sided. Will not use this Co. again. more

Very Satisfied 11/13/2016

We had what we thought was a leaking dishwasher and our Technician Robert discovered that the sink sprayer was not centered over the hole in the sink and water was leaking into the cabinet. Robert's experience saved the day!! He was very professional and friendly and I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future. more

Fixed our Wall mounted Flash hot water heater 11/3/2016

Our wall mounted flash heater which is approximately 6 years old quit producing hot water. We called several plumbers and found allot do not work on Flash heaters so when we reached Benjamin Franklin Plumbing we were happy there could have a plumber out in a few hours to take a look at the unit. After the plumber's arrival he was able to narrow down the problem to our main control board and he helped us buy the parts and arrange for delivery to our house for Friday so he could come back and swap the defective part to get us back up and running. Our Plumber (his card is at our house) but I believe his name was Ron B. spent several hours diagnosing the problem and then came back on his day off to to install the board so we would have hot water for the weekend. All I can say is Ron (again I hope my memory is correct) went way above and beyond to fix our problems and he stuck to his estimate to get the work done in a professional manner with the utmost respect for our home and our problems! I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and above all Ron anytime you need any HVAC or plumbing work done as we have complete confidence they will deliver!! Thank you for a great job!! more

Excellent company to work with. 11/2/2016

I have used Ben Franklin plumbing on numerous occasions to clear our sewer line. They advised me last spring that my sewer line was in danger of collapse. I have had other plumbers tell me the same thing over the years. I asked for a bid to do a sewer line replacement by the pipe bursting method , which Ben Franklin specializes in. I accepted their bid and the work was done a couple weeks ago. They were amazing. The job was completed perfectly, I watched the whole thing and I was totally impressed. I trust these guys and would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing job. They are 1st rate! more

Service was excellent, from the call to the receptionist to the completion of the job. The service technician arrived within 2 hours of our call, made a preliminary inspection, and offered several options for us to consider for the repair. No pressure was applied to chose one option over another. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. Great experience, considering the possible alternatives (financial and time-wise). more
