Service was excellent, from the call to the receptionist to the completion of the job. The service technician arrived within 2 hours of our call, made a preliminary inspection, and offered several options for us to consider for the repair. No pressure was applied to chose one option over another. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. Great experience, considering the possible alternatives (financial and time-wise).
