Our wall mounted flash heater which is approximately 6 years old quit producing hot water. We called several plumbers and found allot do not work on Flash heaters so when we reached Benjamin Franklin Plumbing we were happy there could have a plumber out in a few hours to take a look at the unit. After the plumber's arrival he was able to narrow down the problem to our main control board and he helped us buy the parts and arrange for delivery to our house for Friday so he could come back and swap the defective part to get us back up and running. Our Plumber (his card is at our house) but I believe his name was Ron B. spent several hours diagnosing the problem and then came back on his day off to to install the board so we would have hot water for the weekend. All I can say is Ron (again I hope my memory is correct) went way above and beyond to fix our problems and he stuck to his estimate to get the work done in a professional manner with the utmost respect for our home and our problems! I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and above all Ron anytime you need any HVAC or plumbing work done as we have complete confidence they will deliver!! Thank you for a great job!!
