I brought in lots of gold and jewlery to be redesigned.\r I do not understand...\r My one large diamond that was confirmed by two different jewlers that it was real and D color ...

Horrible attitude and service. I went twice and both times the owner blew me off. Acted like I wasn't even important. Also, she was over 30 min late for opening her store and didn't even apologize. I thought I'd give her a second chance and went in a few days later. She was just as rude and wouldn't even get up from her chair to show me any items. I am a designer and collector myself and I was not impressed. Overpriced and the experience was not worth it! more

I love them 3/19/2012

I took in an opal i purchased and a gold ring i never wore and told them to make it beautiful, I just love the ring and it was just perfect. She added to it and the cost was so good. I plan on having more things made by them, the store is beautiful and the owner and her employees are really sweet and very helpful. I really like dealing with them and totally trust them and feel comfortable. more

Service, Professionalism, Integrity 11/14/2010

I've always been a bit concerned about leaving jewelry to be repaired due to bad experiences in the past. Furthermore, I've always felt many jewelers are flippant when it comes to these repairs stating ""no problem"" ""we'll have it repaired in 2 days"", no problem! I recently had a stone remounted at a local jeweler only to have the stone fall out 2 days later. I was referred to Benjamin & Co by a friend and so I visited the store and found it most satisfying. Not only did I work directly with the owners who genuinely cared about my concerns, but I was impressed with their process for taking in items for repair. First they analyze the problem and gave me a realistic timeframe for repair, then they took a photo of the item documenting its condition and when I picked it up they had made a critical change to the setting that involved more time and labor than we had originally discussed( without additional charge) insuring the stone would not fall out again. I would highly recommend Benjamin & Co. to anyone looking for a professional jeweler. more

The best jewelry repair 11/6/2010

For only $80 i have fixed my diamond bracelet half the price of the mall jeweler. Great jewelry repair, very clean and on premises!! i trust and recommend to check this store before you take your jewelry anywhere else!! And great jewelry collection. Thank you guys... more

Excellent Service 11/4/2010

I have met Janet two years ago when i needed an engagement ring for my wife. I didn't know anything about jewelry at the time, so Janet explained me everything that i needed to know in order for me to make the right decision. She designed my wife's ring based on a few ideas that i gave her and the ring came out beautiful ! My wife could not believe that i did that myself , but after introducing her to Janet she knew i only had the best accomplice. Ever since, for every occasion - b-day, anniversary, Christmas, Valentines, etc - my wife requested that i only but her jewelry from Benjamin & Co. And so i did.....Janet has pieces for any budget. I don't have to break the bank every time i see her :)) Our anniversary is next week and i got my wife a heart shaped pendant with a personal engraving on the back. I know my wife will love it. My girlfriend loves me, thanks to these guys!!!!! 10/27/2010

I came to Benjamin & Co looking for a promise ring for my girlfriend. I wasnt looking to spend to much money however i want something very elegant. Janet was extremely helpful. I was not able to find a ring that i liked. Janet suggested that they make a custom design with my specification for my special girl. I wanted something with 2 diamonds and a platinum band. I had a budget of about $1,800 to spend on this ring. I also wanted a design that shows my promise to my loved one. After a few sketches, i found the perfect design. I was promised the ring two weeks later. My girlfriend loved the ring and i was very satisfied with their customer service. GREAT PEOPLE, WHO WILL FIND YOU THE PERFECT GIFT FOR YOUR LOVED ONES. more

Told me my diamond was not real 10/15/2010

I brought in lots of gold and jewlery to be redesigned.\r I do not understand...\r My one large diamond that was confirmed by two different jewlers that it was real and D color worth around $12,000. Tested right in front of me and proved to me it was real by using a diamond tester!\r The owner of Benjamin & Co Fine Jewelry told me it was not real. more

LIARS AND CHEATS! 7/7/2010

I took my 2.5 karat diamond engagement ring to Benjamin & Co Fine Jewelry in RSM to have my setting tightened. When I got my diamond back there was a huge chip on the corner of my diamond due to the use of wrong tools and they refused to take responsibility. When I confronted them, they claimed it was there before they tightened it which clearly is not the case because, like any professional would do, they would have pointed it out to me before doing the work. Not to mention they are the only company who has tightened my ring. I have microscopic photo evidence to prove it was caused due to the use of wrong tools as well as the paperwork showing they did the work. They still refused to take responsibility and brought up every excuse in the book. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! They are liars and cheats.? more
