I came to Benjamin & Co looking for a promise ring for my girlfriend. I wasnt looking to spend to much money however i want something very elegant. Janet was extremely helpful. I was not able to find a ring that i liked. Janet suggested that they make a custom design with my specification for my special girl. I wanted something with 2 diamonds and a platinum band. I had a budget of about $1,800 to spend on this ring. I also wanted a design that shows my promise to my loved one. After a few sketches, i found the perfect design. I was promised the ring two weeks later. My girlfriend loved the ring and i was very satisfied with their customer service.
