I took my 2.5 karat diamond engagement ring to Benjamin & Co Fine Jewelry in RSM to have my setting tightened. When I got my diamond back there was a huge chip on the corner of my diamond due to the use of wrong tools and they refused to take responsibility. When I confronted them, they claimed it was there before they tightened it which clearly is not the case because, like any professional would do, they would have pointed it out to me before doing the work. Not to mention they are the only company who has tightened my ring. I have microscopic photo evidence to prove it was caused due to the use of wrong tools as well as the paperwork showing they did the work. They still refused to take responsibility and brought up every excuse in the book. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! They are liars and cheats.?
