I found Ben Gordon through the internet (via Yelp and the BBB) and based upon the ratings and reviews decided to have my ring appraised there. I was thoroughly impressed. He and his team were incredibly friendly, professional, and were able to walk me step by step through the appraisal process. The price was fair and value for what I received was exceptional. I highly recommend Ben for your appraisal needs. I know I will be returning for all my appraisal needs. more

He is thorough, professional, caring, and did an excellent job explaining every step of the process, as well as what made my diamond valuable vs. what didn't. Very Helpful! 8/27/2013

I had purchased a larger diamond for my wife's ring and questioned if I got a good deal. I had Ben appraise it and he found that the stone had a GIA report that had a different grading than the grading that was provided by the seller. After Ben's appraisal I was able to go back to the seller and make them aware of the mystake and get a full refund. Ben was very helpful and professional. more

I was skeptical of the high reviews on the website. No one gets that many 5-star reviews without manipulating the process! I was completely wrong. Ben Gordon is incredibly professional and deserves every 5-star review he has received. He appraised my wife's engagement ring and was dead-on with the diamond grading I received when I was originally purchased the ring. Mr. Gordon earned a life-long customer with his professionalism and knowledge. more

My wife and and I needed to have our jewelry appraised for insurance purposes so we went to see Mr. Gordon. We were impressed by his knowledge and expertise and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. We even ended up buying a stone for one of my wife's rings from Mrs. Gordon, and were very impressed with the quality of the stone she ordered. Thank you so much. You have made two clients for life. Excellent Service 6/25/2013

I found Mr. Gordon online and I was certainly glad I chose him to complete my ring appraisal. He is a true expert when it comes to diamonds. I sat right in the room where he completed the appraisal and was very informed throughout the whole process. The experience was great and I left there with appraisal in hand and feeling confident I had made a good investment in my wedding ring. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! Mr. Gordon and Mary are truly special people. They took pride in appraising my bridal set without looking at the GIA documents first. In fact they insisted that I do not show or tell them the information. Their expertise and friendliness made my experience less scary. My bridal set never left my sight. Loved this. I was very impressed with how nice and enthusiastic Mr. Gordon and the staff is. He appraised my item for less than the advertised appraisal fee and when I came back after a few months after getting the item altered his charge was minimal. more

Judge Ben found a discrepancy with my diamond and went the extra mile to find out what might have happened. He called GIA and also checked with his jeweler next store. I cannot ask for a better experience on the appraisal. He made me feel better after an unsure situation. Judge Ben and Mary will definitely take care of you! more

Lovely people with friendly service 2/23/2013

Mr. Gordon and his wife, Mrs. Linda, were completely wonderful. From the moment we walked in they made us feel welcomed. Throughout the whole process, Mr. Gordon explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and then explained what he discovered. My engagement ring never left my site. I would definitely recommend him and his team, and will continue to use him for all my future pieces as well. more

I went to have my engagement ring & wedding band appraised. All the staff is extremely friendly and explained everything well. You can tell Ben Gordon is extremely knowledgable and I trusted his work completely. Would definitely recommend him and use him for (hopefully) future pieces! more

I've found a GEM!! 1/26/2013

Ben Gordon and his staff at the office are quite personable and make you feel as comfortable as visitng an old friend. It was refreshing to meet someone who is so knowledgable and still so very passionate about what he does!! He knew at first glance what era my set came from, and relayed what a treasure I have. With it's age, wear & tear on the set, he displayed true concern and recommended which repairs were priority. I highly reccomend Ben Gordon. Thank you!! more
