Judge Ben found a discrepancy with my diamond and went the extra mile to find out what might have happened. He called GIA and also checked with his jeweler next store. I cannot ask for a better experience on the appraisal. He made me feel better after an unsure situation. Judge Ben and Mary will definitely take care of you!
