I bought my truck here and it was the best sales job ever. They did not bug me, push me into something I didn't want that was more expensive, or tell me some line of BS. The salesman did tell me to drive the V-6 (which I wanted) and the V-8 (has more power) to see which one I liked better.(I bought the V-8) Thanks for the fresh approach. Finance people pushed for more crap, but just say no. I got what I wanted. Thanks again. more

I have purchased New Cars from Beck... I have purchased at least 4 used cars from AL, SAL, and SID.... with never a single problem. All discussed items have been resolved.... SAL even stayed with us after closing to insure the finance dept. didn't have any issues and we could take our car home. The latest deal was a 2007 Sierra.... I took that truck home and then called Al back to close the deal..... VERY NICE BUNCH OF GUYS... I'll continue dealing with Beck/ North..... more

My family & I since March 2005 have purchased nine new vehicles from this dealership. We always deal with Parrish Hadley who is the internet director @ the north location. Parrish is extremely knowledgeable great to deal with no pressure what so ever. In fact it has gotten to the point as I only deal with Parrish & the great staff @ Beck & Masten North on FM 1960 W. In fact the ninth vehicle that we just bought was a 2010 GMC Acadia.on March 26, 2010. As far as I am concerned their is no other car dealer to deal with if you are interested in a new Buick or GMC or a preowned vehicle check Beck & Masten on FM 1960 first, you will not be disappointed. more

My spouse and I have over 60 years combined working with and for auto companies. We bought a 2009 GMC Sierra last October. We recently had an time-sensitive issue to deal with and the folks at Beck and Masten went out their way to help us with it. the folks in Service have all just blown our socks off! Never would I have expected to come across a car dealer with such a high level of customer focus - before, during and after the sale. Wow! more

Thank you for making the purchase of our suburban so easy and enjoyable. Since we live out of town, we had to completely trust in Thomas (the tank) and ask him to accurately represnt the vehicletolls. Even if it had a minor flaws, we needed to know about everything before driving 300+ miles to buy the vehicle. He took additional pictures and pointed out even th etiniest of paint chips. The honest represntation was greatly appreciated - the suburban was exactly what we were looking for, and Thomas was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He is certainly the best. more
