I can’t tell you exactly what it means to me that this process is so smooth and easy. I really was losing faith in service overall (in several industries) due to lack of accountability and follow through. As you know, my last experience with trying to use the warranty purchased at my credit union when I re-financed was a pure headache (which I ultimately dropped afterward because of the poor communication/processing/etc).
When you called me earlier to update me on the status of my car, because of my last experience, I was expecting you to tell me there was a loophole or some other cost that I’d have to pay. I keep thinking – what’s the catch? I finally see the cloud’s silver lining, and am pinching myself – could great service, communication and accountability still exist? Why – Yes! It lives at Beck & Masten!
