I just moved into an apartment called the WEB Apartments in Torrance that Beachfront manages. I really appreciate the little things that they did to make this a good experience for me. The place was spotless and they did everything they said they would. Strangely in this day and age simply doing what you say you will goes a long way and Beachfront does! Pros: They care for U! Cons: More companies are not like them! more

My wife and I found ourselves in a bit of a pinch due to the bad times in real estate. We fell behind but BEACH FRONT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT worked with us while my wife and I scrambled for more income sources which we luckily found. I LOST MY JOB RECENTLY AND FELL BEHIND ON MY RENT. MY FRIENDS SAID THAT PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANIES WOULD JUST EVICT ME BUT NOT BEACH FRONT. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO HEAR ABOUT MY SITUATION AND LUCKILY FOR ME, I GOT ANOTHER JOB RATHER QUICKLY. BEACH FRONT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WHILE I HAD TO FILL OUT SOME EXTRA FORMS AND AGREE TO A PAYMENT PLAN, THEY LET ME STAY AND BRING MYSELF CURRENT. I just wanted to share my very good experience with beach front property management. Our home was damaged in a fire and we needed to move quickly and since we knew of a few properties that had a beach front sign, we called them. They quickly and painlessly gave us a list of available properties including houses and condos, one of which we rented for over a year. Service from beach front was like receiving the customer care at the Ritz or Four Seasons as they genuinely cared about our needs and made our renting the easiest part of the fire experience. I would recommend beach front to anyone looking to rent and when my kids move-out, I will get them a list of properties managed by beach front. I live in one a good property in the cheap side of Hollywood. The rent is a great deal compared to all of the new properties in town. This one is old but kept up and is walking distance to the red line. Beach Front got rid of the last manager a couple of years ago when he slacked off on the idiot Mara Salvatruche members in the area and got someone who keeps things real quiet. They do not mess around in keeping the place safe. Me and my family are happy to live at this property. Pros: keep the place nice Cons: never forget to raise the rent every year more

I recently moved to Long Beach and into an apartment managed by Beachfront Management. Some guy in the unit near me went crazy and spread his feces all over the outside of the property and inside of his own unit. The management got police involved to get help for the crazy guy but then did the amazing: THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL OF THE RESIDENTS. They game me a dinner gift card so I wouldn't have to eat in my place while they cleaned up the property. The put a resident in a hotel who lived below the guy and checked with us all to make sure we were alright. Pros: The people! Cons: None! more

I lived in one of Beach Front Property Management's communities in Costa Mesa and got tired of the drive to LA everyday so I asked the manager if they had another property closer to my work. Not only did they have a nice building just off of the freeway in Torrance but they made the transition VERY easy. They even transferred my security deposit and the new manager takes great care of the property and introduced me to the other residents at the building. Pros: They make life easier! i have been with beachfront for a year and their property was ok. we started to have critter problems at the end and that was the reason we moved. in the process i was not refunded my rental deposit. it was january when i requested my deposit back and my manager ""Dalia"" never dealt with it until May. i kept calling and leaving messages and she never did anything. at the end i finally talked to her manager and she tells me that the notice was turned in late and there were late payment charges for the rest of the money they owed me and what they are saying is completely false. i asked them to fax me the documents and they refused. they are the worse experience that i have had ever. i'm want to make a class action suit against them. are there others who might agree with me? email me if so. don't rent from them!!!! I have lived in my apartment for over 7 years and it has been managed by 3 different companies. The ONLY company that has cared enough to kick out bad people is Beach Front. THIS COMPANY IF THE WORST COMPANY I EVER KNOW. THEY MAKE THEIR EMPLOYEES WORK 24/7 WITH A RIDICULOUS SALARY. THEY GET PAID NOT EVEN THE MINIMUM WAGE. NOW THE MANAGERS ARE LAZY AND TAKE A LONG TIME TO FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS IN THE UNITS AND PLUS THE SUPERVISOR IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND WHEN WE WANT TO TALK WITH HER BECAUSE THE MANAGER IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND EITHER. EVERYTIME I TRY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THAT SUPERVISOR THAT CALLS HER SELF SUPERVISOR( RAQUEL) I ALWAY GET DIRECTED TO HER VOICEMAIL. DON'T EVER GET AN APARTMENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I live in a building in Palos Verdes that is managed by Beach Front Properties Management. In the past it was managed by the owners with a person living here and it was a bit Payton Place. What a difference a professional company can make. The company is on it as they have an office that is staffed along with a 24 hour answering service which somebody answered when I called at 1 a.m. more

I have stupidly been a renter for over 30 years (should have bought a place) in the Long Beach area and have lived in houses and apartments managed by many different companies. Beach Front Property Management is the only company that I would recommend. Not only are they the only ones that answer the phone when I call but they'll fix things right and usually with 48 hours. Their staff is friendly and while I have had good experiences with SOME people at other companies, EVERYONE at Beach Front really is nice. Pros: Customer Service and handling problems quickly Cons: They put out signs, banners and balloons when they have a vacancy which brings A LOT of people to my property - a bit annoying... more

I completly agree to 100% what the other people have stated here, this is the worse management ever! The complex manager at Las Palmas ((apt. complex)) they dont care about any problem, when any tenant goes and tells her what is going she will say ""oooh welll ermmm, i forget so write it down for me"" or when there is something that is needed she will say ""well the people at the office are in vacations so i cant do anything about it right now"" there have been incidents that some people have trespassed onto other apartments back yard ((especially those on the corner)) and the tenants of those apts have gone to ask for more security due to those inccidents, and all the manager can say is ""welll ermm you're the ONLY one that is saying that this happens.."" when in reality multiple tenants have already gone to complain. Also tenants cant even go outside their doors and talk, or socialize because if we do, shes right here telling them to go inside that its prohibited to be outside ""loitering"". So dont waste your money, they are charging 1,100 for bad service...because also they dont fix problems, they only patch it up with a little bit of paint and call it done, i had them come in for mold issue in my bathroom all they did was paint over it...SUPER BAD service Pros: nothing Cons: absolutly EVERYTHING! more
