I completly agree to 100% what the other people have stated here, this is the worse management ever! The complex manager at Las Palmas ((apt. complex)) they dont care about any problem, when any tenant goes and tells her what is going she will say ""oooh welll ermmm, i forget so write it down for me"" or when there is something that is needed she will say ""well the people at the office are in vacations so i cant do anything about it right now"" there have been incidents that some people have trespassed onto other apartments back yard ((especially those on the corner)) and the tenants of those apts have gone to ask for more security due to those inccidents, and all the manager can say is ""welll ermm you're the ONLY one that is saying that this happens.."" when in reality multiple tenants have already gone to complain. Also tenants cant even go outside their doors and talk, or socialize because if we do, shes right here telling them to go inside that its prohibited to be outside ""loitering"". So dont waste your money, they are charging 1,100 for bad service...because also they dont fix problems, they only patch it up with a little bit of paint and call it done, i had them come in for mold issue in my bathroom all they did was paint over it...SUPER BAD service Pros: nothing Cons: absolutly EVERYTHING!
