i have been with beachfront for a year and their property was ok. we started to have critter problems at the end and that was the reason we moved. in the process i was not refunded my rental deposit. it was january when i requested my deposit back and my manager ""Dalia"" never dealt with it until May. i kept calling and leaving messages and she never did anything. at the end i finally talked to her manager and she tells me that the notice was turned in late and there were late payment charges for the rest of the money they owed me and what they are saying is completely false. i asked them to fax me the documents and they refused. they are the worse experience that i have had ever. i'm want to make a class action suit against them. are there others who might agree with me? email me if so. don't rent from them!!!!
