I have stupidly been a renter for over 30 years (should have bought a place) in the Long Beach area and have lived in houses and apartments managed by many different companies. Beach Front Property Management is the only company that I would recommend. Not only are they the only ones that answer the phone when I call but they'll fix things right and usually with 48 hours. Their staff is friendly and while I have had good experiences with SOME people at other companies, EVERYONE at Beach Front really is nice.
Pros: Customer Service and handling problems quickly
Cons: They put out signs, banners and balloons when they have a vacancy which brings A LOT of people to my property - a bit annoying...
