It is very difficult to find a honest repair shop, their location is very convenient, the parking lot is big, everything is great.? more

I will never go anywhere else 9/20/2010

My name is Wayne, I have a '97 corolla. I have been Bay Star's customer for the past 10 years. Once I took my car to Pep Boys, they charged me $1,000 for maintenance service and a coolant leak. But after I left the problem was still there. I then took my car to Bay Star after a friend referred me and they fixed the problem for a couple hundred. Since then I always take my car to Bay star. I will never go any place else. more

Excellent staff all around. I was in and out quicker than I have anticipated. Work that was done on my car was first rate. I would certainly recommend to my friends and family to bring their VW's to Ourisman. more

Bay Star Auto is a very friendly and honest repair shop. I have been coming to them for over 7 years. Whenever me or anyone in my family needs work done, we know we can count on Bay Star. They fix all cars so its never a problem. I own a BMW 2002. more

Honest and Reliable Shop 9/8/2010

My motorhome was not running good and wouldn't pass smog. I went to several repair shops, some would not work on it and others quoted me almost $1,000.00. Bay star auto tuned it, it passed smog and now runs better than ever for a few hundred dollars; all in one day. An honest reliable shop that I highly recommend. more

Gary is the best he got me in and out of there within one hour, can u believe a shop this busy could accommodate the customer like that? I recommend them to anybody looking for a job done in a timely manner. more

I have been taking my 2001 Saturn here for over 3 years. I have always received excellent customer service. Gary is upfront and will tell you how it is. He is willing to give you suggestions to work within your budget. I will continue to take my car there. more
