Worst

I took my car to One Stop auto to get a repair, One stop was suppose to fix my car call me and then take my car to this shop for a smog. I guess they work together i now found out...

Did not disappoint 5/2/2011

I am very satisfied in how they treat my car here. They are honest and upfront; making prices reasonable. If you care about your car I would recommend these guys. more

Everytime that I bring in any of my cars to Gary, The job gets done fast and professional. And the prices you cannot beat anywhere. You will find out what I mean when you check the prices at other automotive care shops! I guarantee anyone will be satisfied when they go to him. I own a 2007 Escalade, 1998 VW golf, my other cars are my daughters 2006 Altima and 2000 Infinity. I also had a 2000 escalade and 1998 STS cad. I have been going to him for over 15 years and still am staisfied with his work. more

I am a long time Bay star Auto's customer. Bay Star is the #1 car repair shop in the whole bay area. Bay Star is very good at explaining every detail to their customers. Normally women have no experience with cars, they take the time to explain every thing to them so they can understand. Bay star is an excellent repair shop. I always take my car there. The prices are very reasonable as well. more

He repairs everything in your car at his shop 4/11/2011

I call him Mr Gary, I don't know his last name. He is the owner of the place. He is a man of few words but he seems to know lot's about cars. Recently my 97 Toyota failed a smog test and after many diagnosis he discovered that it would need a new Catalic converter. I thought it was going to cost me lot's of money to replace it. But with his guidance I applied to the California clean air Smog Board voucher program and they provided me with a $500 voucher credit towards the replacement of the calatic converter. My co-pay was only $108.00. Now the car runs very clean and passed the smog test with no problem. He repairs every thing in your car at his shop. If you have a problem with your car take it to him he probably can figure out whats going on and fix it. www.baystarauto.../ The best way to get to his shop is from Alvarado Niles Rd. take Western Ave. all the way to the end . more

My name is Wayne, I have a '97 corolla. I have been Bay Star's customer for the past 10 years. Once I took my car to Pep Boys, they charged me $1,000 for maintenance service and a coolant leak. But after I left the problem was still there. I then took my car to Bay Star after a friend referred me and they fixed the problem for a couple hundred. Since then I always take my car to Bay star. I will never go any place else. more
