I fractured and tore cartilage in my wrist. I saw Dr. Besh under the recommendation of my insurance company. The staff was wonderful! I got an appointment right away. The first appointment went well. Kim was awesome and had a great sense of humor, loved her! Dr. Besh was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything to me. I did have a little bit of issue with pain management and sleep issues. I was feeling like I was brushed off a little. When I called in with my concerns, the receptionist was very compassionate and understanding. Kim called me back shortly after and addressed all my concerns. When I went in to the office a few days later, she was very nice and appologetic about me feeling bad. Kim went above and beyond to make me feel better. Dr. Besh once again took the time to put my mind at ease and make me feel like there was an end to my pain. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Pros: Caring staff, knowledgeable Dr. Cons: Sometimes run behind since it's a great office! more

What a wonderful experience. From the first phone call, the staff was warm and friendly and made everything so easy. When I arrived, there was a bit of a wait, but the staff kept me informed and gave me a Starbuck's card for the inconvenience. You just don't get customer service like that any more at a doctor's office. As for the doctor, he was professional, thorough and unrushed. I imagine he was delayed because he takes so much time with each patient to really get to know them. This one is a no-brainer, I would highly recommend him. Pros: knowledgeable and patient. Staff is wonderful. Cons: somtimes a bit of a wait, but more than worth it more

I agree with the first reviewer. I had the pleasure of watching the doctor talk on his cell phone while I waited an hour to see him. Once I did see him I was rushed through the appointment. Oh except for the extra 30 minutes it took to gave my fray taken! Would not go back again more

This doctor made me wait several hours in the waiting room. When I finally saw him, he spent 2 minutes with me. His recommendations were absurd. His bill was outrageous. more
