I fractured and tore cartilage in my wrist. I saw Dr. Besh under the recommendation of my insurance company. The staff was wonderful! I got an appointment right away. The first appointment went well. Kim was awesome and had a great sense of humor, loved her! Dr. Besh was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything to me. I did have a little bit of issue with pain management and sleep issues. I was feeling like I was brushed off a little. When I called in with my concerns, the receptionist was very compassionate and understanding. Kim called me back shortly after and addressed all my concerns. When I went in to the office a few days later, she was very nice and appologetic about me feeling bad. Kim went above and beyond to make me feel better. Dr. Besh once again took the time to put my mind at ease and make me feel like there was an end to my pain. I highly recommend this office and Dr.
