What a wonderful experience. From the first phone call, the staff was warm and friendly and made everything so easy. When I arrived, there was a bit of a wait, but the staff kept me informed and gave me a Starbuck's card for the inconvenience. You just don't get customer service like that any more at a doctor's office. As for the doctor, he was professional, thorough and unrushed. I imagine he was delayed because he takes so much time with each patient to really get to know them. This one is a no-brainer, I would highly recommend him.
Pros: knowledgeable and patient. Staff is wonderful.
Cons: somtimes a bit of a wait, but more than worth it
