The two gentlemen who came to clean my rug, upholstered chair, leather chair, leather ottoman, leather couch, and entryway ceramic tile did an excellent job! They were efficient; they explained what they were doing and why; they moved furniture and returned it to their original location when finished; they asked me to inspect everything before they left to make sure I was totally satisfied; they pointed out two spots that they could not completely clean before they asked me to inspect and told me why they could not get the spots completely out (though I already knew the two spots were going to be a problem and would not be completely cleaned, I did not tell them in advance to see what they would do and say; to my surprise, though, they worked on the spots and made them smaller and less noticeable than before). All was dry and ready for use in less than a day. Though I am allergic to many chemical smells and odors, the chemicals they used did not have an effect on me at all. Despite the fact that my carpets are 16 years old, they looked practically brand new by the time the cleaning was done. Furniture and entryway looked great as well! Will definitely use them again for next year's cleaning.
