Repairs for 2002 Jeep Liberty Limited in Feb 2012 3/9/2012

Thanks to Baron Von Frier's incredible team (thank you SO MUCH Linda and Stephen), our 2002 Jeep Liberty Limited has been converted from a Total Loss (acc. to the Insurance Company) to an almost brand new car. My husband and I couldn't be happier with Linda's detail-oriented dilligence in not only saving our car from basically a trashed status (convenient to the insurance co. and devastating to us) but also in doing a wonderful job with repairing it properly. Baron Von Frier proved to us for the 2nd time that they are working for the customer and relived us from a lot of stress and hassle. Thank you! more

We had a "changelling" issue w/ our Van Conversation.. They found a replacement for the particular part, as well as repairing window issues. All in a very timely manner! The hounds are happy to have their van back! Husband is very pleased w/ the service. more

The Very Best Body Shop 9/7/2011

Unfortunately, we have had several auto mishaps requiring body shop work. My mechanic originally recommended Baron Von Frier and the difference between their work and service and other body shops is huge! This last time, Linda came out to my house to write up the estimate for the other party's insurance agent, saving me the inconvenience of making an extra trip to the shop. The work is excellent -- the shop is clean -- my car comes back sparkling clean -- and we dropped off the rental car at their shop, rather than having to deal with Hertz. I would never go anywhere else. more

Wonderful experience 7/30/2011

This was my first collision experience in almost 40 years of driving, so I was very happy with how Linda gently guided me through the process. The work was top notch -- my car looks new -- and everything was accomplished with a minimum of stress and anxiety. Thanks so much to Linda and her crew! more

Excellent quality and customer service! 7/1/2011

I am very happy with the both the customer service and repair work done on my car by Baron Von Frier after I was in a fender bender that resulted in the hood of my Honda being pushed up and bent out of shape. They clearly explained the repair work needed, offered me a ride to and from the repair shop, and dealt with my insurance to get the costs of the repairs covered. The front of the car looks fantastic and it is running better than ever! Would definitely recommend them for superior quality and customer service!!! more

I had a car problem that was caused by another person. This meant going through the other person's car insurance. Despite my expectations that it would be a nightmare, it was just the opposite. In addition, my car got "skunked" on the way to the shop so I brought it in smelling terribly. When I picked it up (after being picked up and delivered from my home), the stench was gone, the car was repaired beautifully and Linda made everything super smooth. I am glad to recommend this shop to anyone who wants excellent quality body work and a very smooth and professional service. more

In this day and age, it's very difficult to find a company that provides excellent customer service. No need to look further, Baron Von Frier is that company! 3/22/2011

Baron Von Frier is just wonderful. They really make you feel like family and they always take care of you. I've been a loyal customer for about twenty years and would never go anywhere else. The work they do is phenomenal, the craftsmanship is really nice and holds up well over time. They also work as a good liaison between the insurance and rental companies, so they completely remove the stress from dealing with that part. I've recommended their services to many people over the years, and I've only ever gotten huge "thank yous" back. It's a real pleasure working with an honest and caring business like Baron Von Frier's. I think so highly of them. more
