I can't say enough great things about this place especially after watching the owner take her time to ""educate"" a very rude customer explaining why the policies are in place....very simply...its all about the dog..the comfort and well being of the dog and my husband cracked up when she said the policy is humanity before vanity and there isn't enough money to pay her to hurt a dog..we learned so much from watching that conversation then she spent over 30 minutes with us explaining how we can make our dog more comfortable without extra charges...we also love it that they do toenails at no charge between visits...since our dogs are older they do need it more often...she taught us that as well...she also gave us her cell number in case of a boarding emergency...our experience was great and we wont go anywhere else! more

Have to agree with ""what's happened?????"" comment. Had the exact same experience upon calling to schedule a first time appointment. The lady who answered was incredibly gruff and aggressive, at first telling me that they would not take any dogs without the commitment to make continual service appts every 8 weeks. She very unwillingly accepted my proposal that a potential customer should be able to try out the service before committing extended time and money. I also had to give a lot of personal and medical details, but when I tried to give the dog's name, she cut me off and said that they don't need to know that. I took the dog anyway and the lady was not present upon drop-off. The staff was very friendly and professional and caring. My dog came back very clean and happy. Upon picking him up, the lady was there at the front desk and was immediately very aggressive and gruff about making the committed appts for the future. It is unfortunate that this one person's extremely unpleasant demeanor and flagrant focus on making a profit absolutely destroyed an otherwise o.k. service experience. Watching the same gruff and dismissive interactions between this lady and the employees made me think that this place is going to have a very high turnover rate of staff. more

Has something changed. We called there, and were grilled about what kind of dog we were bringing, whether or not we would be getting it groomed at least every 8 weeks, etc. They don't make appointments for dogs unless they are on a 8 wk program. Our dog has been there several times before and we have always been treated very well, and usually tip $20 or more on a $80 grooming. Whats going on. more

Great service great work and retail, we were looking for something special and they were kind enough to call other specialty pet stores to help us and we still ended up ordering but we loved the entire experience, our 3 dogs love going every 2 weeks for thier baths and stay for play dates with thier doggie day care friends. Pros: Great place to get it all for your pet! Cons: Appointment needed...guess thats not a bad thing? more

It is apparent that the whole staff at B&B truly loves animals. The individual attention that my dog gets makes him LOVE the groomer. As well B&B carries the finest quality food, treats, toys, beds, leashes, and collars. Day care, over night, or weeks at a time you can be sure your pet is being loved and cared for at the highest level.
