Have to agree with ""what's happened?????"" comment. Had the exact same experience upon calling to schedule a first time appointment. The lady who answered was incredibly gruff and aggressive, at first telling me that they would not take any dogs without the commitment to make continual service appts every 8 weeks. She very unwillingly accepted my proposal that a potential customer should be able to try out the service before committing extended time and money. I also had to give a lot of personal and medical details, but when I tried to give the dog's name, she cut me off and said that they don't need to know that. I took the dog anyway and the lady was not present upon drop-off. The staff was very friendly and professional and caring. My dog came back very clean and happy. Upon picking him up, the lady was there at the front desk and was immediately very aggressive and gruff about making the committed appts for the future. It is unfortunate that this one person's extremely unpleasant demeanor and flagrant focus on making a profit absolutely destroyed an otherwise o.k. service experience. Watching the same gruff and dismissive interactions between this lady and the employees made me think that this place is going to have a very high turnover rate of staff.
