Has something changed.
We called there, and were grilled about what kind of dog we were bringing, whether or not we would be getting it groomed at least every 8 weeks, etc. They don't make appointments for dogs unless they are on a 8 wk program. Our dog has been there several times before and we have always been treated very well, and usually tip $20 or more on a $80 grooming.
Whats going on.
