24/7 customer service was a joke! Came next day - I have NO heat. Quoted a price for repair which was extremely high. Weekend price for visit was $138... that was at 8 this morni...

Chad was very helpful, professional, and informative. Unfortunately, this was a return call b/c his colleague had not been thorough... and left us with a bill, an unheated home and dark smudges on the wall. Chad didn't rely on previous notes and instead did a thorough evaluation of the system, finding a faulty disconnect to the heat pump. He even cleaned up after the previous call - all with no additional cost. Great work, Chad! more

Caring for customers after the sale 1/27/2015

Bardi installed a zoned HVAC system for us in May. They made several return trips to tweek the system this summer to be sure that it was working correctly. Chad came to our home today to do a check to be sure that everything that they installed was installed correctly and working as we expected. He checked everything and did find a few things that needed to be addressed, which he did while he was on site. These were things that we probably would not have known weren't working perfectly, but Bardi detected through their quality audit and corrected. Most companies sell you a system, collect their check, and you never hear from them again unless it is to sell you a service contract. Bardi follows through to make sure you get what you paid for and that you are satisfied with their work and product. more

Clarence w/ Bardi provided great service! 1/16/2015

We needed our units serviced/ diagnosed and Clarence did a thorough, exemplary job! Since the units are a little older, Clarence's experience and expertise were required and appreciated. He was patient in explaining the situation and helping us determine next steps.The units require follow up maintenance and I'll be requesting Clarence since he's so familiar with the units' condition but mostly because he gives outstanding customer service! more

Eddie called to let me know when he would be here. Looked at the issues, gave me a cost and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the quality of his work and his knowledge. Would be happy to have him for my next plumbing issue. We use Bardi for our heating and air service and have been very happy with that, as well! Plan to use the fireplace service in January! more

Excellent Saturday service from Bardi for minor garage flood 12/6/2014

Eddie J. a master plumber with Bardi came out as scheduled today to look at the hot water heater which was flooding the garage yesterday morning. He quickly assessed and explained the problem and quoted me parts and labour to replace and repair everything broken. Work started immediately and was wrapped up in a few hours. Eddie and team were courteous and friendly while quickly completing the required work. Prices for equipment and labour were reasonable , especially for a Saturday morning. We're very happy with the quality and speed of service. more

Kind and very Informative 10/26/2014

I really appreciated the kind and informative service from Bardi Service Pro Charles T. From the time he stepped in, he answered all of my questions thoroughly and with patience. He took the time to educate me on my system and I felt that he gave me honest answers that allowed me the opportunity to understand and consider all of my options without being pushy trying to up sell. He noticed other opportunities where Bardi can assist me in my heating and ac needs and even discovered that my fireplace (which I always thought was for show) had the ability to be operable! Major props for that! lol :) He was prompt and through in his inspection and even cleaned up a few dead bugs that dropped out of the attic space....nice touch that didn't go unnoticed....much appreciated! Overall a very pleasurable experience that will have me go back to Bardi for my Heating and Air needs. Thanks so much! TJ more

We were quite happy with the service we received from Clarence at Bardi. He arrived promptly at his scheduled time. He was also very courteous and efficient. We love our heating and air conditioning units we purchased from Bardi. We have been so much more comfortable in our house and our electric and gas bills have really gone down. Friendly, Flexible, Dependable 10/14/2014

Eddie was all those things. Showed up when he was supposed to (both times), gave me several options, no surprise extra charges, and let me make my own decision instead of pressuring me into the higher-priced option. I'll not only call Bardi for plumbing in the future, they just became my new "go to" for HVAC work as well. more
