24/7 customer service was a joke! Came next day - I have NO heat. Quoted a price for repair which was extremely high. Weekend price for visit was $138... that was at 8 this morni...

Eddie was Great! 10/10/2014

Had an annual visit for plumbing maintenance and assessment. Eddie was terrific, very thorough, checked faucets, mentioned a few things for me to be aware of with potential future issues. This was my third service call during the past six months with someone from Bardi, and each and every time I find their service men to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or HVAC issues. more

Great Experience and Work 9/22/2014

Had a problem with air conditioning not working so I called Bardi. They came out the next day and I was so happy with Chad's work. Not only did he diagnose the issues efficiently and accurately but he showed me each steps so I fully understood the issues. I was 100% comfortable with his work and his suggestions on resolving the issues. Great guy and can't wait to work with him again, but hopefully not too soon. more

Bardi Heating & Air - One of the Best! 9/14/2014

I recently had a service call with Bardi. It was the first time I had used them, and I found them to be exceptional. The service technician, Chad Phillips, did an outstanding job. He was very thorough, polite and professional. Explained everything he was doing. Then sat down with me to review the diagnosis, and explain the options of how best to resolve. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and no "skepticism or doubt" on my part whatsoever. Sometimes that's hard to find with service providers - always questioning are they here to help? Or just looking to sell unnecessary parts and services. I had complete confidence in Bardi, and would highly recommend them. more

Air Conditioning unit 7/29/2014

HVAC Service 7/20/2014

Chad E. was prompt and courteous. He called while en route, worked diligently to diagnose our AC problem, and repaired it in a timely manner. He gave me an estimate of the repair cost before initiating the work and I gave my approval. The AC is now in perfect working order. He checked our other unit and determined it was also working. No mess and problem solved. more

They came out to help us straight away to solve the growing problems with our AC and plumbing after our house was struck by lightning. Everyone that has come out to our home has been very kind, knowledgeable, and fun and helped us understand what the options are for our home and situation. Bardi has been very considerate in pricing and the warranties are absolutely worth any extra. We look forward to using their company in the future and recommend them highly. more
