24/7 customer service was a joke! Came next day - I have NO heat. Quoted a price for repair which was extremely high. Weekend price for visit was $138... that was at 8 this morni...

Marty was very efficient with his work and explained what he was doing and why the whole time. Everything was upfront and done in a timely matter. Marty was a nice guy and a pleasure to have working on the AC. more

Fantastic Customer Service by Excellent Technician 4/24/2015

Kevin S at Bardi Heating and Air arrived at our home when our A/C was out. This was on a weekend and he arrived within 1 hour from our initial call. He spent over 3 hours thoroughly diagnosing a complex issue. He then presented multiple options for solving the issue without pressure to move forward until we understood the pros and cons of each. He was professional, competent, courteous, and represents the Bardi organization well. Thanks Kevin. more

A/C Tune UP Call Service provided by Geoffrey D 4/22/2015

Geoffrey D stopped by my house on April 21st 2015 for an scheduled A/C tune up and did an outstanding job and went above and beyond his line of duty to provide world class customer service including checking for mold inside of the A/C chamber and cleaning up the AC unit for better and improved ventilation which was noticeable after action was performed. Excellent Service 3/30/2015

Johnathon is great! He first came to review our systems and recommend clean air options for us. Thoroughly inspected the equipment and offered a variety of options. Explained all of it in clear, understandable terms and answered all of my questions. He was very polite, respected his surroundings - wore booties, etc. He was just as polite and respectful when he returned a few days later to install a Clean Comfort air cleaner. I look forward to working with Johnathon and Bardi in the future. more
