I really appreciated the kind and informative service from Bardi Service Pro Charles T. From the time he stepped in, he answered all of my questions thoroughly and with patience. He took the time to educate me on my system and I felt that he gave me honest answers that allowed me the opportunity to understand and consider all of my options without being pushy trying to up sell.
He noticed other opportunities where Bardi can assist me in my heating and ac needs and even discovered that my fireplace (which I always thought was for show) had the ability to be operable! Major props for that! lol :) He was prompt and through in his inspection and even cleaned up a few dead bugs that dropped out of the attic space....nice touch that didn't go unnoticed....much appreciated!
Overall a very pleasurable experience that will have me go back to Bardi for my Heating and Air needs.
