Kevin S at Bardi Heating and Air arrived at our home when our A/C was out. This was on a weekend and he arrived within 1 hour from our initial call. He spent over 3 hours thoroughly diagnosing a complex issue. He then presented multiple options for solving the issue without pressure to move forward until we understood the pros and cons of each. He was professional, competent, courteous, and represents the Bardi organization well. Thanks Kevin.
