24/7 customer service was a joke! Came next day - I have NO heat. Quoted a price for repair which was extremely high. Weekend price for visit was $138... that was at 8 this morni...

Professional and Timely Response 1/27/2016

Our furnace had issues over the weekend. I called Bardi and they had a tech respond the very next morning. Charles T arrived right on schedule. He is professional, knowledgable, and very thorough. Explained the diagnosis, gave me a detailed written estimate and called me Monday morning to give me a prompt update on a part order. Repair was completed as soon as the part arrived. Very pleased with Bardi and Charles T. Highly recommend. more

Justin came out to service our furnaces and made some modifications to bring them up to code. Afterwards, one furnace was not working. He stayed several hours trying to correct the problem but with no luck. He returned today with Jeremy and together they replaced a faulty gas valve at no charge to me! I appreciate Justin's efforts to correct the problem and willingness to return the next day!! more

Furnace Check-up by Marty H. 10/6/2015

Marty called ahead to let me know he would be here in 30 minutes, and he was right on time. Marty was very cheerful and friendly from the moment he arrived, and respectful of my house, as he put on shoe booties before entering. Marty performed his work quickly, quietly, and thoroughly. He showed me where my A/C unit was leaking air and suggested ways to take care of the problem. He changed my furnace filters and explained the importance of maintaining the filters on a regular basis to prolong the life of the expensive equipment. Marty wrote up suggestions for recommended service, but did not push them on me. In summary, Marty was extremely professional, considerate of my time, knowledgeable and competent. I would highly recommend Marty to service heating and air equipment! more

Great Customer Service 10/1/2015

Chris M just finished inspecting and performing maintenance on my heating and air unit. He was punctual for the appointment and was very professional throughout the whole experience. He seemed to be thorough in his inspection and answered any questions or concerns I had in a way that I could understand. He also presented options for me to consider where he appeared honest in explaining how it could benefit without a hard selling approach. I really appreciated my experience and I'm grateful for Chris being kind and thorough. more

Great service and very reliable! 9/29/2015

We have been using Bardi for over 19 years....since we moved in to our home. We are on the service plan and have always been delighted by the expertise and professionalism of the entire team. Chris called on his way this morning, showed up on time and despite the lousy weather, was able to conduct his inspection and take care of our needs. Chris is a super example of the Bardi team. Great service and diagnosed the issue with my HVAC and repaired quickly. I have nothing but great things to say about Marty Herrera, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to educate me on the inner workings of the HVAC. Answered all my questions and then some. I would highly recommend this company and Marty in particular for any A/C and cooling needs more
