Jeff has provided various plumbing services for me and my family in the past and last week. He is very professional, personable and does excellent work.

Worst

Technician came to fix a/c compressor, wound up claiming system needed freon due to leaks in system. Put 2.1 lbs of freon in system at $450.00 plus $45.00 labor. Advised system ...

Excellant Service 1/2/2015

Nick W. was out twice to work on my home. I found Nick to be amiable, professional, and respectful. He explained everything and allowed me ask questions while he was working. The level of customer service was unquestionably the best I've ever seen any company deliver. I highly recommend Banks Quarles to everyone for all maintenance needs. more

Always Takes the Extra Step 10/15/2014

Brent always takes the extra step and takes the time to evaluate the entire project--even when he is simply doing my annual electrical "check-up." He alerts me to possible problems related to age of the system or wear-and-tear from daily use. That way I am prepared for future replacement issues and can plan my budget accordingly. more

Free but invaluable checkup! 2/16/2014

No problems, but wanted to get an expert to check our HVAC systems as they are over 12 years old! We were worried that we would be dazzled by techno-speak and talked into repairs that we did not need - how wrong we were! He checked everything thoroughly and reassured us that everything was just fine. He indicated that the performance of a capacitor was below par and might need replacing soon, but no pressure to do so now. Based on his performance, attitude, and manner we agreed to sign up for annual maintenance agreement. Couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! more

Breaking bad! 2/16/2014

We feared the worst when we called in BQ to check our rusting water heaters - but the service agent did a great job of breaking the bad news to us as well as could be expected!! He offered several different solutions and options, no pressure for any of them , and took time to fully explain each and answer our myriad questions. Good discounts for being a maintenance agreement customer. more

Service tech Chris H came out and serviced my heating system today very nice and polite. He explained everything he was doing. He explained how the air scrub worked. He is very knowledgeable and the work done in a timely manner..and he smiles. AWESOME AWESOME SERVICE! :-) more

A True Gentleman of the Industry 9/20/2013

I have used Banks Quarles for many years and have had wonderful service but then Brent Rodrique came to our rescue on a hot Sunday afternoon when our upstairs A/C unit broke. Brent represents the type of service that I remember from many years past when people truly cared. He obviously loves his company and he takes great pride in his work and satisfying the customer. I can honestly say that if all companies were filled with a Brent Rodrique this country would be in much better shape. Thank you for sharing this true professional with us and I hope you can find many more like Brent to employ. He is a true "gem" for your company and I plan on requesting only Brent for future repairs- even if I have to wait in the heat or cold! more

Had a plumbing issue but Jim came to our rescue. He was most informative about our problem. Gave me a quote and went straight to work. Converting a propane grill to natural gas 3/8/2013

Matthew was extremely helpful in the grill installation. He made sure the job was done correctly and made sure I was completely satisified in the job. The company as a whole was also great to work with. They stayed in contact with me and let me know when Matthew would be at my house. I would highly recommend Banks Quarles for any of your needs. more

Plumbing problems 9/26/2012

Commode was stopped up and this problem was solved quickly and efficiently. While there we mentioned a problem with another commode. Jim examined that commode and advised us that a purchase of a new commode would not be much more that what it would cost to repair the old one. We agreed to purchase a new one which was installed the next working day. more

Banks Quarles Plumbing & Heating 8/22/2012

Technician came to fix a/c compressor, wound up claiming system needed freon due to leaks in system. Put 2.1 lbs of freon in system at $450.00 plus $45.00 labor. Advised system needed another $500-1000 in repairs. After getting a second opinion from a Certified A/C repairman, it was determined there were no leaks, no freon was needed, but ducts were dirty and compressor had shut down. Total charge for second repair, about $200, with labor. Would not recommend Banks Quarles Plumbing & Heating to anyone. more
