No problems, but wanted to get an expert to check our HVAC systems as they are over 12 years old! We were worried that we would be dazzled by techno-speak and talked into repairs that we did not need - how wrong we were! He checked everything thoroughly and reassured us that everything was just fine. He indicated that the performance of a capacitor was below par and might need replacing soon, but no pressure to do so now. Based on his performance, attitude, and manner we agreed to sign up for annual maintenance agreement. Couldn't have been nicer and more helpful!
