Technician came to fix a/c compressor, wound up claiming system needed freon due to leaks in system. Put 2.1 lbs of freon in system at $450.00 plus $45.00 labor. Advised system ...

This young man is an excellent employee and a great asset to this company. He went out of his way to ensure I was happy with his work. He took his time and ran several tests to ensure that I had no leaks before he left my home. I am so pleased with his work ethic. I would definitely hire this company, but only if they send Brain to my home. I have owned 3 homes and I never had a plumber come close to Brain's work ethics and customer service skills. Again, great job !! more

Brent was on time, incredibly professional, used shoe covers, explained exactly what he was doing, and didn't mind me asking questions. He didn't try to hard sell me anything, and filled out the paperwork for me just in case I decided to renew my maintenance plan in the future. more

Great Service 12/19/2017

Nick W came to the house for a furnace inspection and was the nicest, most knowledgeable service person that has ever come to my place.He explained everything he was doing and gave me tips as to how to handle any problems that may occur. Highly recommended serviceman for your needs. more

Fix i replace commode-- 9/12/2017

Scott S did an outstanding job of finding the commode problem, but since I was going to replace them [3] anyway I ask if he could do that. He was professional and able to complete the total job quickly. He is very professional, friendly and I would recommended him to anyone. He is a credit to your company. more

Quick and well informed 4/18/2017

Had a second water leak in my house in a month. Called Banks Quarles and within 2 hrs their technician Joe K was there and assessing the situation. Joe was well informed and had me fixed up in no time. Won't hesitate to call again. more

Mark O'Brien: World Class Customer Service 3/21/2017

I would like to commend Mark O'Brien for excellent customer service. Mark came to my home after hours and worked diligently to find the wire connection that had shorted out my Air Conditioning unit. He also took great pains to advise me of my future need to upgrade given the age of my unit. Mark in my humble opinion exemplifies a superior sales/service attitude.
