This dealer happily sold us a spa, however refused to stand behind the warranty,when we had problems. We filed a complaint with the dealer, manufacturer, state and bbb, however they refused to honor the warranty as stated. more

Classic Bait and switch 7/21/2010

went to purchase a patio set. 1 table 4 chairs 4 rockers and an umbrella were quoted. we rang up the purchase and paid. an hour and a half after the sale we were called and were told that it is only for 1 chair and 1 rocker....who in their right mind would buy a patio set for 2500.00 with 2 chairs? when we asked to speak to the manager she was "too busy" needless to say we had them refund our money and will never step foot in this establishment again. Pros: none Cons: don't be decived with the quote more

Hot Springs hot tubs rock! While the whole installation process took longer than I anticipated and I did have to hire an electrician to complete the wiring; my hot tub looks good and works great. My only advise would be to let your expectations be clear before completing the transaction. You should also make sure to have your site inspected by BPP to make sure everything on par for a smooth installation. With the advances in technology and in hot tub design don't expect it to be a simple swap. The new hot tubs have different needs than older models and you don't want to void your warranty by installing it improperly. Pros: quality products, freindly sales people Cons: timeline more

They are timely with their service, courtious and reasonably priced, and i believe it is business as usual with every experience for five plus years with this company. Don't be fooled by water testing 7/8/2008

Everytime I would come in they were happy to test my water; unfortunately this always lead to $50 purchases of acid up, acid down, chlorine up, hardness up, alkalinity up then down then up again. Finally realized that with the right chlorine, water will largely balance itself, and then discovered that when I did need chemicals that it was far far cheaper to buy them online. Pros: Nice showroom Cons: Terribly overpriced; advice questionable at best more

Don't trust on service 7/2/2008

Badly overcharged new pool owner on pool pump & filter install. Installed pump that was too small. Started repairing coping on my pool but botched job so badly that they were fired after 3 days. Pool water testing often inaccurate leading to purchase of chemicals you don't need. more

Criminal 12/15/2007

This is the worst run business in central Illinois. In an area that prides itself on integrity and customer satisfaction, it is unusual to find a business that is this unscrupulous. While the employees inside the store are very pleasant and you make the choice whether you wish to pay for their overpriced supplies or not, I wouldn't recommend that my worst enemy buy a pool or spa from this store. There are several other businesses that will provide a far better experience. Pros: Pleasant store employees Cons: Overpriced, Will do anything to cheat you on terms of contract more
