Hot Springs hot tubs rock! While the whole installation process took longer than I anticipated and I did have to hire an electrician to complete the wiring; my hot tub looks good and works great. My only advise would be to let your expectations be clear before completing the transaction. You should also make sure to have your site inspected by BPP to make sure everything on par for a smooth installation. With the advances in technology and in hot tub design don't expect it to be a simple swap. The new hot tubs have different needs than older models and you don't want to void your warranty by installing it improperly.
