Everytime I would come in they were happy to test my water; unfortunately this always lead to $50 purchases of acid up, acid down, chlorine up, hardness up, alkalinity up then down then up again. Finally realized that with the right chlorine, water will largely balance itself, and then discovered that when I did need chemicals that it was far far cheaper to buy them online.
Pros: Nice showroom
Cons: Terribly overpriced; advice questionable at best
