This is the worst run business in central Illinois. In an area that prides itself on integrity and customer satisfaction, it is unusual to find a business that is this unscrupulous. While the employees inside the store are very pleasant and you make the choice whether you wish to pay for their overpriced supplies or not, I wouldn't recommend that my worst enemy buy a pool or spa from this store. There are several other businesses that will provide a far better experience.
