Everyone was friendly and helpful. They made me feel that they wanted me to buy the BMW (again) that best suited me and were willing to work with me make a deal ....I did not feel pressured. My sales associate, Mark Ritter, was tremendously helpful..again no pressure. He took time to show me as many cars as I wanted and to explain the features and benefits of each. He made this buying experience one of my best. more

I considered it very professional to have the service advisor introduce the technician to me and explain the results of the diagnostic while I was waiting at the dealership. Prompt service and peace of mind. That's better than any discount! more

Classy customer service, not just classy cars! It’s like being pampered while you’re there trying to purchase a car. Everyone was terrific at Russel. Any issues that I had coming in, were all resolved. They were very willing to work with my demands. I will be scheduling my 90 days check soon and I am certain that they will work with my hectic days. I appreciated the rebate check and how quickly they got it to me. We did a little research about Russel BMW before visiting the actual dealership in Catonsville.I like how their website is so helpful & easy to navigate, which saved me a lot of time! We also scheduled an appointment to test-drive the car we selected. Upon our arrival, everyone was so welcoming, alert, & attentive! Thank goodness no one neglected us. We bought the new BMW and still satisfied with the decision! Thank you for a great offer! No other dealership can beat that! I will be back more
