Great Customer Service 2/20/2012

I've been living in Western Maryland for about four years and I have visited four BMW dealerships to have my 325xi serviced. I usually never leave reviews on websites because my expectations are rather high and not often exceeded. When I am disappointed, I choose to forget it and let it go. Russel BMW has actually made me a fan.\r \r The locale is similar to others I have visited. The waiting area was a bit nicer, but nothing fancy. The service costs were explained to me and I felt very comfortable about the process and it didn't take too long. The whole experience felt a little above average, at this point I was planning on returning but I was not a fan yet. Within a couple of days after they serviced my vehicle, I received a letter from BMW North America about a recall. Coincidentally, one of the things I had done on my vehicle was the recall and I got charged for it (the letter said it was a free fix.) I got a hold of Jamie and Jeff and they were nothing but helpful and accommodating. They respected my time and worked with me to get the refund. It wasn't much dollar wise, but they have earned a loyal customer by dealing with this rare case with professionalism and common sense. And I got a refund check last week!\r \r I admit most BMW Dealerships do a good job as a result of all the training they get, but Russel BMW in Baltimore performs at higher level. I will definitely be returning and I recommend them to anyone.\r more

I just recently purchased a used BMW under warranty and need to have several issues addressed with the car. Went to Russel BMW and they have done everything right thus far. Identified problems with the car and repaired those items covered under warranty. They even gave me a free loaner car even though I did not purchase the car from them. I would rate their customer service and service shop as being grade A+. more

I am truly satisfied with the way I was treated when I was there to purchase my car. Me and my husband were treated like old friends! The staff there seemed very professional and comfortable to talk to at the same time. They also were willing to work with us to get us the car we wanted. I will be scheduling my 90 days check soon and I am certain that they will work with my hectic days. I appreciated the rebate check and how quickly they got it to me. Nice Clean Work 12/7/2010

I am very please with Russel BMW. I picked up my car and it looked real nice and clean. I cant even tell where the damage was done. The employees are real nice and friendly . I like my car it is so shiny it almost looks brand new. Best repair experience ever! They went beyond the call of duty to see to it that my car was repaired as quickly as possible and that a quality repair was done. I was amazed at how fast my car was ready! more

Everyone was very helpful. I had previously had my car looked at and knew what the problem was and they were very nice when scheduling my appointment. Also when all the parts weren't there (not due to anything on their part) they gave me a vehicle to drive home. more

I could not be happier with my last service call. I was treated well and my car is running better now that it has for years! The wait was reasonable and they have a beautiful dealership. The staff is friendly and they are kid friendly. You don?t have to make an appointment and they do not pressure you into buying any service that is not necessary. The guy who checked me out, even printed me off a coupon that I did not even know existed. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends! I will return again soon. more
