We did a little research about Russel BMW before visiting the actual dealership in Catonsville.I like how their website is so helpful & easy to navigate, which saved me a lot of time! We also scheduled an appointment to test-drive the car we selected. Upon our arrival, everyone was so welcoming, alert, & attentive! Thank goodness no one neglected us. We bought the new BMW and still satisfied with the decision! Thank you for a great offer! No other dealership can beat that! I will be back
