Jeremy was first rate! Firstly, he was knowledge about the car and it's features. He explained the warranty and it's coverage clearly. Unlike other experiences, Jeremy was not a pushy sales person. In fact, I felt that he did the best he could under the circumstances to provide me with a fair trade in and provide the best available finances options for the car I was interested in. In the end, Jeremy was able to provide a finance package that worked for everyone. Overall, a great team effort and a very happy customer! more

I have to be honest, with all the cars I've bought or leased, this was the easiest by far. I have to give credit where credit is due... Justin Beck (lease/fleet manager at BMW Encinitas) is the man! He was completely honest and up front with the information I needed, including financial info. He didn't try to sell me or give me unnecessary rhetoric. He bent over backwards to help me get everything I wanted and for the price. He even asked me if I've had anything to eat, since the process was going to take a bit longer because they were busy. I would lease/buy from him again in a minute and most likely will in the future.\r more

This was the first time I had gone through the process of Buying/Leasing a car- through the process I spoke to about 10 different BMW and Mercedes dealers/sales people and quite frankly began to feel discouraged. Finally, a friend referred me to Elizabeth Diomin at BMW Encinitas and I could not have been more pleased with the deal I received on my brand new convertible and the customer service was impeccable. I look forward to working with her in a few years when it’s time to trade in my car! more

I was looking all over south county for a 3 series coupe at a good price and low miles and was unable to fine one. So I returned to the place where I bought my second car, BMW Encinitas. Second car I buy here , second great experience. I would recommend bmw of Encinitas to all my friends and family! Jeremy was very helpful and showed me different options I could go with. more
