Justin was just as good as it gets! 10/12/2010

I dealt with Justin in sales. Was in the market for a 2009 128i, and after researching the Internet, I found that they have a plethora of them. The cars were corporate loaners for a year and then turned back in. All low mileage, all in very good like new condition. Justin was just as good as it gets! I was able to price and negotiate with him over the phone -- he didn't do that ""Oh come on in and let's talk"" BS. He was true to his word and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend. more

honest and straight forward, not your average car salesman 9/29/2010

BMW Encinitas is fantastic. If you are going there to buy a car though, The only person you want to deal with is Justin. He is honest and straight forward, not your average car salesman. Just an all out nice guy willing to trully work his butt off to earn your business. I bought my 335 from him and he has earned my business and everybody I knows for life more

Just started driving on my vacation journey when I lost much power and the yellow engine light came on. Called and dropped off car, and received loaner. Everyone was very nice and made sure that my vacation was great, as they made sure I had a loaner for the week. more

The transition from Harloff to BMW Encinitas has produced so 8/16/2010

The transition from Harloff to BMW Encinitas has produced some notable changes. Customer service has improved, service prices seem to be more reasonable and getting customers in and out of the service department seems to be less problematic. We will be in the market for a new vehicle before too long and will certainly visit BMW Encinitas when we do. more

Mr. Wille is truly an asset to your organization 7/28/2010

During the process of having the car built I was unable to get updates on the web site (it always said ""scheduled for production""). Mr. Wille furnished us with frequent updates by email and phone calls. I would recommend to any friends purchasing a BMW that they contact him personally. He is truly an asset to your organization. more

I have been to several BMW dealerships and I will have to say ""BMW Encinitas"" is by far the best in all areas! My service advisor Riccardo ""Rick"" Sbabo was truly exceptional, he listen to my concerns, promptly returned all my calls, and very informed of the problem with my car in order to explain it to me in laimans terms. I am very impressed with the service dept. at BMW Encinitas and it just confirms that I will continue to be a life long customer (already one for 20 yrs.) THANK YOU BMW ENCINITAS!!!!! more
