Wow I have not been to azucar in awhile but I went out last friday night and I must say the lounge in the back is really done well, they have installed a laser light show that riv...

Worst

Went for our 1 year anniversary dinner on a non busy Sunday evening and... Pros: Ambience is nice Cons: Service is questionable for the prices they're charging on food.

Monday nights are a blast i went ot the free salsa lessons and had such a great time. you dont need a partner just come and have some fun and learn some steps great excersize will be back soon. more

Great night out 8/23/2011

The hubby took me out to dinner at azucar, we had not been on a date in months you know how it is when you have kids. The place was amazing. I loved the decor. The food was very good I had the salmon with a cream sauce they hubby had shrim in a butter garlic sauce neither one of us has had a mojito so we went with the signature drink of the house and were surprised at how good they are. Our server made sure we had everything we needed which helped make our night out a success. more

Saturday Night Sexiness 8/23/2011

Fellas if you are looking for a great place to dance,praty, drink and have a great time head out to Azucar on a weekend night. The ladies are sexy and ready to dance and have fun. The drinks are cold and refreshing I know they are known for the mojito but if you are like me a love a cold beer you wont be disappointed you have to come in ready to party and have a good time. The back lougne is the place to be. more

Thursday Night Happy Hour 8/21/2011

Wow its happy hour all night long, came in for happy hour and found out that its happy hour all night long, great for me cause I was there with some co workers and we had a ball the drinks were $3.00 and the tapas were around the same price so its a win win for all. more

Night with Hubby 8/19/2011

The hubby and I went out last weekend and ended up here. The music was good in both rooms ( one offers a live band playing music to salsa to - the other has a dj mixing old school dance tracks, Latin, hip hop, house, etc). My passion fruit mojito was delish and the atmosphere was pretty good. We didn't stay out late because we had an early morning, but we left saying we definitely planned on returning! more

If you like to dance 8/19/2011

Azucar is the place to be on a Friday or Saturday Night if you like to party and dance make this your first stop. The music it hot you can either dance of live music or if you like more of a mixture of music check out the back lougne were there is a great dj playing lots of danceable music. There is also a full bar so if you get thristy you wont have to travel far. The crowd is full of good people that come to dance and have fun. more

If you love to sing like I do you have to run down to Azucar on Wednesday Nights for Karaoke Night it is so much fun, So many songs to choose from both in English and Spanish wow if you sing like Selena or Luis Miguel or you sing like me dont miss out on this mid week fun fest. more

If you like some kick to your food 8/18/2011

You have to try the filete a la jalapena oh my goodness this is the bomb. So very tasty. I really loved this dish just enough kick for me, with an ice cold drink this is the best, The server was very helpful in suggesting that I try this dish. I will surely come back for more of the menu and some of the actitivies that anna explain that happen throughout the week. more

Karaoke Night 8/17/2011

Came in on Wed night for drinks and appetizers ended up staying for the karaoke boy is that fun, everyone singing joking and having a good time. This might end up being my hump day hang out. Great drinks and fun folks singing, drinking and having a great time. more

Monday Salsa Lessons 8/17/2011

If you have not been here on a Monday night it is a must do, the salsa lessons are alot of fun if you are like me and cant dance a lick it is a good way to learn how to Salsa and you dont have to have a partner, just come ready to have fun and learn some great moves. more

If you are a prawn lover like me you have to try the Camaroons al ajillio Nice big prawns with a garlic wine butter sauce served with sweet plantains awesome and to top it all off a nice glass of wine it doesnt get any better then this in my book taste for yourself. more

Great Service 8/16/2011

To the staff of Azucar thanks for such great service, I had reservation for dinner for 7pm and I was running late, got caught behind an accident. Called to let the staff know they said no problem got there were seated right away, the food was good our service was nice and friendly. We had the famous mojitos. I love the layout of the place always clean and a delight to be in. more

salsa nights monday this was the first time i have been on a monday night I think i will make this my night to go i love the free salsa lessons, everyone makes you feel at ease and everyone has a great time improving their moves and a few good mojitos helps get the feet moving this might be my new saturday night. more

I love live music and azucar always has a band playing on the weekends, the music is so lively you can help but dance, if you like a different type of music you can find that also in the 2nd lougne were they play a variety of music and have a light show. you can find it all at one place, the people are friendly and looking to have a good time, the music is hot and the drinks are cold and have a nice kick. more

Friday Fun 8/13/2011

A group of us girls went out for dinner on Thursday night we thought we would try out Azucar. The service was imppecable we were greeted right away and taken to our table. Our server was helpful and knew the menu. I had the Arroz con polo if you like your food with a little kick then this is your dish. The crowd is very lively and fun. The decor is very nice. If you like good food this is a must stop more

Double Happy Hour 8/13/2011

Tuesday nights they have double happy hour its great you can come in a little late and still get great drinks for a great price. the bartenders are friendly and well give you a suggestion if you are not sure which mojito you want to try. If you are like me you have to eat a little something if you are drinking and they serve nice appetizers during the first hour. Good job. more

Date Night 8/12/2011

A first had a friend ask me out and she brought me to azucar for dinner which is one of my favorite places to have a night out, I guess she has been listening to me talk about the place, dinner was great, food awesome and the conversation good also, she had her first mojito and fell in love with them, we spent the rest of the night in the back lougne dancing and having a wonderful time, the light show they added is fantastic, for our second date I might have to do a repeart performance at azucar with her. the staff was wonderful and helped to make our night great. more

Best Latin food around! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is awesome. You can tell the staff just wants you to have a good time. Definately the best place for dancing and having a great time! . We reccoment azcuar for any occasion! If you want the best experience, the live band really makes the place electric you just cant sit still. more

If you have not been you have to go to karaoke night on wednesday nights at Azucar it is a blast its in spanish and engiish if you are afraid to sing infront of a group of people have a mojito and get your song on. Great people great drinks and great times. more

In 9 months We migth be expecting 8/8/2011

The hubby took me to azucar for dinner last week, oh my it was so romantic, he would nt tell me where we were going just started driving and to my surprise we stopped at azucar, when we walked in we were greeted and taken to our table our server was great she gave of some good advice on what to order. We tried the blood orange mojito which was tasty, We went into the lounge area and oh my it was on a cracking. The atmosphere, the mojitos, the food and the dancing all made for a wonderful night thanks azucar we might have to name our first born after you...LOL..... more
